5. Prizes must be accepted as
awarded, has no cash equivalent, and is not refundable or transferable. Only one
prize will be awarded per sweepstake winner, household, family, group or
organization. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value
in the event that the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances
beyond their control. The sponsor accepts no liability for printing errors on
material distributed for this contest.
6. Selection Process:
Winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received
via the internet, by the contest closing date. The odds of winning will depend on the number
of eligible entries received. Eligible entries must be received by the contest
closing ending date.
7. All selected entrants will be
contacted by email. In the event the contest sponsor is unable to notify a
selected entrant within seven (7) days of selection or return of any prior
notification as undeliverable, that entrant will be disqualified and an
alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
8. Eligibility: To enter
and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada or the
U.S., of the age of majority in their province or territory or state of
residence, and not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of or
domiciled with an employee of the sponsor or their advertising and promotional
agencies, independent judging organizations or parties engaged in the
development, production and distribution of materials related to this
sweepstakes. All entries become the property of

who
assume no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or
misdirected entries or email, nor for technical, hardware or software failures
of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete,
garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to
participate. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or
suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human
intervention or other cause beyond sponsor's control, corrupt the
administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. In the
event of early termination of the sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on-line
and a random drawing to award the prize will be conducted from among all
eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Sponsor reserves the
right to modify the contest or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or
technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by the
sponsor, in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry,
the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email
address submitted at the time of entry (ie the person who is assigned to an
email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other
organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains
associated with the submitted email address).
